Impact Confections retains sales and marketing ownership of the Warheads and Melster brands
Impact Confections, Inc. and KUA Candy LLC today announced the creation of a strategic alliance under which KUA Candy will purchase the Impact Confections manufacturing facility in Janesville, Wisconsin. This transaction brings two like-minded confectionary entities together to maximize the capabilities of both companies.
KUA Candy headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico has a wide range of manufacturing capabilities and expertise in chewy candy, licorice, compressed mints and more. Impact Confections, based in Janesville, Wisconsin, manufactures and markets both branded and private label confections including the WARHEADS® and MELSTER® brands. This strategic partnership leverages both companies’ collective knowledge of the confectionary industry and manufacturing, while also broadening the supply chain in order to offer superior branded, private label and contract manufacturing solutions to their customers and consumers.
KUA Candy will fully own and operate the Impact Confections manufacturing facility in Janesville. Impact Confections retains the sales and marketing ownership of the Warheads and Melster brand portfolios. This collaboration allows the combined companies to grow faster, increase efficiencies and better innovate.
